What we look for

The right
partner

Our strongest franchise partners share a handful of traits:

  • Community-minded, with strong people skills
  • Willing to follow proven systems and procedures
  • A committed owner-operator, not a silent investor
  • A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
  • The financial capacity to fund the build and early trading

Where we're growing

Available
territories

We're actively looking at sites in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town, and we'll consider strong locations anywhere in South Africa.

Shopping centres, waterfront and high-street precincts, office parks, campuses and travel hubs all suit the format.

Investment: setup costs vary by site, size and format. We'll share current figures and a full disclosure pack with qualified applicants. Start with the enquiry form below.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do I need hospitality experience?

It helps, but it isn't essential. What matters more is that you're prepared to be hands-on in the store, follow our systems, and lead a team well. We provide the coffee and operational training.

How long does training take?

New franchise partners complete a structured induction covering both classroom theory and practical in-store training before opening, followed by ongoing support once you're trading.

Can I choose my own site?

Yes. If you have a location in mind we'll assess it with you, and we also bring available sites to qualified applicants.

What are the ongoing fees?

Franchise partners pay a management services fee and a marketing contribution, both calculated as a percentage of turnover. Current rates are confirmed in the disclosure documents shared with qualified applicants.

How long does it take to open?

It depends on the site, the lease negotiation and the fit-out, but most stores move from signed agreement to opening within a few months.
